🔹 Operate heavy equipment (>50 hp), including front-end loaders, skid steers, and cab tractors
🔹 Be on-call during snow events — including nights, weekends, and holidays
🔹 Keep assigned equipment clean and perform preventative maintenance
🔹 Log service times and material usage in our CRM system
🔹 Follow service deadlines and production plans
🔹 Help maintain the shop or satellite facility as needed

✔️ Skilled Operator – Comfortable handling large equipment in challenging conditions
✔️ Safety-Minded – Prepared to work in all weather, with proper gear and safe practices
✔️ Physically Fit – Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (80 lbs. with assistance)
✔️ Clear Communicator – Follows directions, works well with others, and communicates clearly
✔️ Valid Driver’s License – With a clean driving record
