As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and proactive Factory/Woodworking Shop Manager to lead our talented team in Plymouth, MN. What You'll Do As a key member of our management team, you'll:

• Lead and Inspire: Oversee and mentor our factory, installation, and cut list teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Machinery Operation: CNC router, Edgebanding and Cutlisting experience preferred.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure timely and high-quality production, meeting our clients' expectations.
• Champion Quality Control: Address quality issues promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Enhance Team Skills: Provide training and cross-training opportunities to enhance team capabilities and versatility.
• Promote Safety: Lead safety initiatives, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Facilitate Communication: Conduct daily team meetings to align goals, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
