Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: San Marcos, CA

Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Assignment
Compensation: $17.33 per hour
Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure incoming goods meet standards before release.
Process production orders and prepare necessary paperwork for shipment.
Accurately pack and ship orders; maintain precise records in JD Edwards.
Receive and store finished goods, ensuring correct inventory placement.
Follow C-TPAT procedures and conduct equipment inspections.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and JD Edwards for order tracking.
Create transfer orders and documentation for parts and materials.
Verify shipments for accuracy against pick tickets; stage and load trailers.
Deliver goods within the company campus; support Distribution Center operations.
Assist with maintaining shipping supplies and may work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferably experience in shipping and receiving.
Familiarity with WMS and JD Edwards.
Knowledge of C-TPAT procedures and safety practices.
Proficient in operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
