ServiceNow HRSD Administrator
Location: Fully remote
Duration: 6-12+ months
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration within HRSD
- Hands-on experience in HRSD-Benefits Administration
- Experience providing on-going administration and production support for HRSD
- Strong understanding of what happens "behind the scenes" in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of how data flows to/frow ServiceNow via integrations
- Hands-on experience configurating and troubleshooting configuration (not developing).
- This position will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform within the HR Service Management scoped application (HRSD Developer)
- This position will collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities
- Design, develop, test and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions and enhancements, including bi-annual upgrades
- Knowledge Base (KB) management, assisting Knowledge Managers create Knowledge for their Center of Service as well as approve Knowledge Articles for publishing
- Additionally, this includes Request Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support
- This position will include the creation, development, and maintenance of homepage/topic pages banners, events, and quick link widgets
- This role is expected to provide overall technical architecture recommendations, detailed technical design
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to HR-end users
- Continued education and maintenance of ServiceNow certifications is an expectation

Requirements: - Live and inculcate in others the Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Service Excellence, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Clinical Quality
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field required and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources (CIS-HR) preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong organization skills and detail oriented in a challenging fast paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and able to prioritize execution on multiply tasks
- Ability to manage a significant workload and fast-paced flow of expected output
- Able to compose requirements, process flows and design into clear documentation
- Self-starter who works collaboratively with other members of the business and Human Resources teams
- Communicates effectively in both oral and written communications. Able to communicate one on one and present to groups
