Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage the ServiceNow platform effectively.
- Collaborate on ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management processes.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new skills and grow into a team lead role.

Qualifications:

- Certification: ServiceNow Admin Certified (CIS for ITSM preferred).
- Experience: At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration.
- Skills: A proactive approach to learning and leadership potential.
