About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. If you're passionate about ServiceNow and ready to grow into a leadership role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Manage and support ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills with the goal of evolving into a team lead position.

Requirements:

- ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required; CIS for ITSM is preferred.
- At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration.
- Strong eagerness to learn and advance within the team.

Additional Details:

- Availability to start within 2 weeks from the accepted offer.
- Must be willing to travel to Cleveland a few times a year (for non-local candidates).
