What You'll Do:
Collaborate with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
Analyze and interpret medical and pharmacy claims data, biometric/lab data, and health risk assessment data to find risk mitigation opportunities.
Utilize tools such as Matillion ETL, Snowflake DB, and Microsoft SQL to manage and transform large and complex datasets.
Create ad hoc and routine reports using R and R Markdown from business intelligence software.
Oversee the migration of legacy data to new systems and enhance population health management reports.
Communicate data trends and findings clearly to internal teams and external partners, including senior executives.
Lead the integration of claims data with Account Management teams and design workflows to boost internal efficiencies.
Attend meetings and engage with various stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.

What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Data Science, Advanced Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Over 7 years of experience working with healthcare data, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, and wellness data.
Proficiency in R Analytics and R Markdown; knowledge of Python is a plus.
Basic SQL skills for querying databases with Microsoft SQL.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to data analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of SAS scripting is beneficial.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position, with an option for hybrid work for local candidates.
You will be provided with the necessary technology, but must have secure internet access from your home office.
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm ET.
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, based on experience, location, and skills.
