Job Overview
We are looking for an unarmed officer with customer service experience. Immediate Hire!!!

• Copy of current Denver Excise Guard Card MUST be sent to compliance@guardianshipsecurity.net for verification BEFORE we will schedule you for an interview.
• We must be able to verify your work authorization, we do not sponsor visa’s. All forms of acceptable ID’s are listed on the Federal i9 Form (U.S. work eligibility).
• MUST be willing to utilize GPS tracking software on your smart phone while on duty, as this ensures our clients that we are guarding their facility according to our contract with them.
• Understand and agree that, as part of observing and reporting, you may need to take pictures and/or videos during various situations while on shift.
• MUST respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary. You must have emergency management skills and problem-solving skills.
• MUST have the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, you must know and understand de-escalation tactics.
• MUST have the willingness as well as the ability to closely follow directions.
• MUST be able to maintain accurate records of security related activities and incidents. Integrity and honesty are expected.
• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in conflict management
• Proficient in understanding and use of de-escalation techniques
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies

Responsibilities:

- High customer service skills, as you will be dealing with executives.
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing security protocols and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or disturbances, and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents on the premises
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

-Denver Guard Card is mandatory.

- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong surveillance skills and the ability to identify potential security risks

- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques is highly desirable

Pay: $21.00 per hour
