Job Summary

• The Senior Technical Lead (SAP BW on HANA) will be responsible for overseeing technical implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP BW on HANA solutions. They will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of sap bw on hana solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and optimization to enhance the performance of sap bw on hana solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest sap bw on hana trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.

Skill Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with sap bw on hana, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (etl) processes.
• Proficiency in sap hana studio, sap bw modeling tools, and other sap data warehousing tools.
• Strong understanding of sap bw on hana architecture, data provisioning methods, and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions effectively.

Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BW/4HANA 2.0 or similar certification is a plus.
