Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will collaborate with a software development project team to enhance our Salesforce platform and contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the software development team to implement Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Public Sector Solutions data model.
- Leverage your expertise in customer relationship management platforms, especially Salesforce, to drive project success.
- Apply Agile Scrum methodologies across multiple Scrum teams, utilizing a Scrum of Scrums approach to ensure effective collaboration and progress.
- Manage user stories throughout the project lifecycle, including construction, estimation, and monitoring sprint health indicators such as burn-down and burn-up charts, as well as velocity and continuous improvement metrics.
- Coach and influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and encouraging best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Utilize modern software engineering techniques, including continuous integration, automated testing, and test-driven development, to enhance product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions data model.
- Experience applying Agile Scrum methodologies, including previous Project Management experience or Agile methodology application.
- Scrum Master certification is required.
