Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst (BA)

Contract : 6 Months

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for developers.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows and propose solutions for process improvement using Salesforce.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators developers and consultants to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas where Salesforce functionality can meet business needs.
Facilitate and lead requirementgathering workshops stakeholder meetings and solution review sessions.
Assist in developing user stories acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for Agile development teams.
Ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations meet the documented business requirements.
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support business users in testing activities.
Provide enduser training documentation and postimplementation support to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Monitor the performance of Salesforce applications and recommend enhancements or optimizations as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for any Salesforcerelated inquiries or issues from business users.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionality.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration workflows validation rules custom objects and fields.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira Confluence or similar project management systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
Ability to perform gap analysis process mapping and documentation of business processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and data management standards.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst are a plus.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
