About the Role:

The Analyst Sales and Service Operations for Global Paper will provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis of critical customer order and order fulfillment information. This position supports the efforts of the customer support teams to maximize the level of service our client provides to their customers. This position will be based at a client home office location.

Position Summary:

The primary focus for the Analyst Sales and Service Operations is to understand business needs and build tools that bring efficiency and accuracy to our order fulfillment execution in Global Paper. This role requires crossfunctional interaction between stakeholders in Global Paper Sales Operations Supply Chain Logistics and others to identify the data analytics and metrics needed to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical Tools : Use tools such as Power BI and Alteryx to build reporting tools that bring efficiency and accuracy to our reporting and business execution.
• OTIF Performance : Drive the accurate measurement and improved performance of OTIF (Ontime and Infull) customer order fulfillment. Ensure the monthly reporting is executed in an accurate and timely manner. Collaborate among the OTIF segment teams to determine OTIF exception root causes and action plans.
• Service Improvement : Identify service opportunities and lead crossfunctional projects to deliver improved service while controlling costs.
• Ad Hoc Reporting : Create ad hoc reporting as required to support business leaders sales and service teams.
• Analysis and Insight : Provide analysis and insight in addition to regular reporting.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Analytical Experience : Reporting and analytical experience providing reporting from multiple data sources (Power BI and Alteryx experience preferred).
• Excel Proficiency : Demonstrated advanced Excel knowledge and experience.
• Program Logic : Ability to translate business requirements into program logic and automated tools.
• Data Analysis : Capability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions analyze risks and recommend potential actions for complex business scenarios.
• Continuous Improvement : A continuous improvement mindset.
• Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build presentation information suitable to be shared with all levels internally and externally.
• Customer Focus : A focus on providing the best possible experience for the clients customers by supporting our customerfacing teams.
• Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

• Education : Bachelors degree required.
• Experience : Previous analytical work experience preferred. Previous account management or supply chain experience desired to ensure an understanding of the data.
