We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the technical strategy for customising and delivering our products (both dual-use and defense-specific) to our national security customers.
Your core task is to bring together diverse sources of information to discern the most pressing problem, grasp user motivations, and then define what the product needs to drive the most impact. Past solutions should never limit your vision for what we can build.
As the first person in this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and scale our approach to deployment strategy from the ground up, in coordination with Business Development, Capture, Product, and Engineering teams. Your strategic vision, coupled with your hands-on execution, will set the standard for future deployments.
