Registered Nurse Case Manager Laconia, NH

$38-$43/HR

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Laconia NH office. The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Job Requirements

Valid nursing license in the state of NH
2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
Recent wound care experience
Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
