Experience
Candidates should possess a valid nursing license with experience in labor and delivery settings. Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments is preferred. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong skills in patient care, effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. A commitment to continuous learning in areas such as health coaching and infectious disease management is essential for success in this role.
