What You'll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
Minimum of one year of RN experience, plus one year in Home Health Care.
Case Management certification preferred.
Knowledge of primary care practices and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the service area.
Must live in the state of Michigan.
Ability to relocate to the Saginaw, MI area.
