Recruitment Consultant - This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:

Recruitment Consultant - What You’ll Do

You will perform client searches end-to-end, from initial strategy through project close out, providing value-added consulting to clients at every step.

• Participate in client intake and internal strategy sessions
• Source and engage candidates using creative strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, other sourcing tools (bring your creative ideas!) and within our user friendly ATS
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and deliver clear, consultative recommendations
• Support interview processes, offers, and onboarding process for clients
• Manage details with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through
• Balance 6-8 active searches at a time working toward a 100% fill ratio (we’re consultants, remember? This is different!!)

Recruitment Consultant – You Bring to the Team:

• Proven full desk recruiting experience (you have sourced, screened and delivered offers)
• Strong organization, urgency, and follow-through – you do what you say, when you say you will

• Hunger, drive, and a natural propensity to own your outcomes
• Experience in skilled trades, construction, accounting/finance, or professional services is a plus

Recruitment Consultant - Compensation & Benefits

• Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in our Rocklin, CA office
• $80,000–$90,000 base salary (DOE) plus commissions
• Additional sales incentive bonuses
