Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and revision of recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor and respond to recruitment-related communications, providing timely and accurate information to applicants and team members.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing virtual recruitment events and participate in job fairs and career expos to promote the company.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records for easy access and analysis.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of the recruitment strategy.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via resume reviews and initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand the specific qualifications and competencies required for different roles within the company.
  • Develop and foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of prospects to fill future roles efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar human resources role with a focus on recruitment activities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
