Sunnyvale Garrdens Post Acute is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.

The Receptionist position is limited to clerical duties only and is located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. The main purpose of this position is to attend too and greet visitors and answer telephone.

Responsibilities:

-Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.

-Monitor visitor access Maintain visitor sign-in log.

-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.

-Take and relay messages.

-Direct people to the appropriate destination.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
