Koniag Tech Infrastructure Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support KTIS and our government customer. This is a remote position. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** + Develop comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing + Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and coordinate with stakeholders Validate system functionality against business requirements and user stories + Perform regression testing for system updates and enhancements Document and track defects through resolution + Conduct accessibility testing to ensure Section 508 compliance Test system integrations + Support business process analysis and requirements validation Create test data sets and manage test environments + Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates for user stories Develop automated testing scripts where applicable + Validate performance metrics and system reliability requirements **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field + Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing + Experience with business analysis and requirements validation + Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices + Experience with Agile testing practices and tools + Proficiency in test case design and execution + Knowledge of federal IT security requirements and testing + Experience with cloud-based application testing + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and systems **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
