What You'll Do:

* Lead QA programs to ensure high-quality and safe products.
* Conduct audits and inspections, and collaborate with teams to maintain standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovative quality solutions.
* Mentor and develop QA staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
* 5+ years in quality control within food manufacturing, especially RTE foods.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
* Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* HACCP and SQF certifications (preferred).
