QA Lead with strong Salesforce

Note: This is a W-2 employee position only. Staffing company candidates and independent contractors will not be considered. All work must be performed in the United States.

Location: Onsite 2-3 days per week in Austin, TX, St. Louis, MO, Morris Plains, NJ, Bloomington, MN, or Bloomfield, CT

Core Hours: 8 AM-5 PM CST

Duties

• Provide expert consultation to engineering teams and product owners for Salesforce application development and implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, IT management, and engineering teams throughout project life cycles.
• Draft, revise, and approve test plans/scripts to meet QA standards.
• Create test data files to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow in Salesforce functional testing.
• Plan and oversee user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing, ensuring issues are resolved.
• Develop new or modified QA procedures and metrics to assess the quality of Salesforce enhancements.
• Review Provar automation scripts and support automated regression testing.
• Establish and maintain consistent Salesforce testing methodologies, providing leadership and technical expertise.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years as a QA Lead
• 5+ years of Salesforce functional testing
• 3+ years of test automation experience
• Apttus/Conga CLM testing experience (a plus)
• Provar Automation and Test Manager experience (a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
