Position Purpose


The Promotional Greeter is the initial contact with guests. The primary role of the Promotional Greeter is to market the Key West Cooking School demonstration, bar area, special events venue and is responsible for services offered to a targeted customer base. Promotional Greeters perform in a public relations capacity when promoting the company and generate food traffic. The Promotional Greeter maintains a positive attitude while delivering authentic service.

• Greet everyone you meet with a smile and prompt service, and extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality as they arrive and depart the venue.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Know all areas of the property to assist in directing guests to the following areas: restrooms, smoking section, concessions, merchandise, and nearest security when needed.
• Handle questions and requests with patience and kindness. Answer questions accurately and politely.
• Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning glass, maintaining font door line of sight.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Other Requirements

• Have a passion for helping people and making their Ke West experience a memorable one.

Successful candidates must pass a background search.
