Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial General Contractor in the Charleston, SC area, to find a Project Manager . The Project Manager will oversee Healthcare construction projects, managing both the project team and a range of delivery methods.

Duties:

• Manage construction contracts and work orders, ensuring adherence to scope and specifications.
• Supervise project teams and collaborate with other Project Managers and Superintendents to optimize performance.
• Develop and oversee project proposals, financial negotiations, and change orders with owners.
• Maintain project cost reports and document changes affecting project completion or costs.
• Implement field quality assurance, control plans, and safety plans in collaboration with Superintendents.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, with specific experience in Healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Job Order Contract (JOC) experience is a plus
• Proficient in Project Management Software, such as Procore, MS Project or similar.
