  Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Role

• Develop and communicate project scopes between stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Review and obtain relevant permits
• Schedule and monitor material deliveries and availability, equipment and crew members
• Technical support and guidance when required
• Ensure all site safety and OSHA rules are adhered to at all times

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction or 3+ years as a field supervisor
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Google, Microsoft Office and project management software experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Conflict management and business negotiation experience
• Valid drivers licence with no restrictions for insurance purposes
