Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple production packager positions with our logistics team.

These are full time positions with opportunities for overtime depending on project requirements. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. We are flexible about what schedule you will be assigned based on your availability.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. We are willing to train the right employee to perform all of the job requirements. This position will require you to complete repetitive tasks on a production line. You must be very detail oriented to be successful in this role.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Working on an assembly line, packaging and boxing up finished products
• Performing quality checks to ensure there are no defects with the items
• Correctly counting out the products so that you package the correct number
• Printing out labels and applying them to boxes
• Loading and unloading packaged boxes onto shelves 
• Gathering materials from throughout the facility to be used for each project
• Working in a team based environment to complete tasks effectively
• Following directions from your manager 
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities

Qualifications:

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Fantastic communication skills 
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to type
• Lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
