The Product Growth Manager will be a regional spearhead for RIA Digital's Growth Program, working closely with local teams to identify, strategize, and implement growth opportunities. This position bridges the gap between global growth initiatives and local market realities, ensuring tailored approaches to each region’s unique dynamics. The Product Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering sustainable growth models that align with RIA Digital's strategic objectives.


What You'll Do:

Strategic Growth Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Program Management Director for Growth to develop and refine growth strategies specific to the regional market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Local Team Integration:

  • Work closely with local leaders to ensure growth strategies are aligned with local capabilities and market conditions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the global growth team and local units, ensuring strategies are well-understood and implemented effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track and report on key growth metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Lead A/B testing and other experimental approaches to optimize growth tactics.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the global product teams and regional units, ensuring a cohesive approach to product development and marketing strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to support growth initiatives, including product development, marketing, and customer service teams.

Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Development of growth capabilities within existing local teams, serving as both a mentor and collaborator in the adoption of growth methodologies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate local counterparts on best practices in growth hacking, digital marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth hacking/marketing, product management, or a related field within a digital or fintech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams with a track record of achieving growth targets.
  • Experience in working with following tools or similar: Amplitude, Jira, Coda, Segment, Browser DevTools, Google Analytics, Power BI, LogRocket.
  • A deep understanding of the fintech or digital payments industry.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for growth and scaling businesses.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

The range in Colorado for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
