Job Title: PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the PeopleSoft HR modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits and Time & Labor.
• Perform regular system maintenance including updates patches and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements and new features.
• Develop and maintain custom reports queries and interfaces to support HR operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues providing timely support to endusers.
• Ensure data integrity and security by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
• Train and support HR staff on the effective use of PeopleSoft HR modules.
• Document system configurations processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and PeopleTools.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
