As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the oral health of children aged 0-18 years while enjoying incredible benefits and opportunities for career growth.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and treat dental conditions in young patients.
Perform restorative procedures, crowns, extractions, and oral selections.
Educate families on oral health and prevention strategies.
Collaborate with care teams to support community outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in program planning and quality improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

DDS or DMD + Pediatric Residency (CODA-accredited).
Texas Dental License + Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
Active Level 2 Sedation Permit + PALS + DEA.
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient support abilities.
High ethical standards and a team-oriented spirit.
Experience with EHR systems (Open Dental is a plus).
