Senior Helpers of Burnsville is currently hiring a part-time Registered Nurse who can cover our clients who live in Dakota County. This position includes visits to our clients’ homes and periodic caregiver supervision in the field. We are flexible and will work with your schedule. Perfect for a semi-retired RN, a parent of school-aged children who is an RN, or a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make additional income. RN Standard Shift * Daytime, 10 - 20 hours per week * Typically Weekdays RN Benefits * $40/hour - $45/hour * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement * Education and training opportunities to support professional development RN Responsibilities * Assess patient conditions, record patient medical histories and symptoms * Complete an initial assessment to establish a care plan * Complete client monitoring and re-assessment at regular intervals * Conduct caregiver supervision and assessment to ensure that caregivers have the proper skills and apply them correctly * Contribute to weekly client review/quality improvement meetings * Be a member of the amazing Senior Helpers team RN Qualifications * Must hold and maintain a Registered Nurse License from the Minnesota Board of Nursing * Must have a reliable means of transportation, driver's license, and insurance * Preferred: Possess a working knowledge of home health care and the principles and techniques of professional nursing required documentation that pertains to it, or eagerness to learn About Senior Helpers Senior Helpers is the nation's premier provider of in-home senior services ranging from specialized care for those with diseases, such as dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, to personal and companion care for individuals that need assistance with daily activities.
