Requirements
Responsibilities
You will be trained first on a Front of House, or Back of House focus.
FRONT OF HOUSE
Give guest service in the following areas (you may be trained on one or two, or all positions)
Runner - Delivers food to guests and verifies orders by using names and reading back tickets with a smile
Cashier - Promptly takes orders and is in charge of hospitality when guests come in the door by being the first to greet them and ask 'What can we make fresh for you?'
Drive Thru Specialist - After mastering cashier, you will be in charge of taking orders in the drive thru, or helping cash cars out (we always have two people in this area). 45% of our business is in our drive thru!
Dessert Specialist - You will be trained on running fresh batches of frozen custard, scooping desserts, and topping them as ordered
Guest Attendant - You will be trained on keeping our lobby clean and in good condition during meal periods (wiping tables, checking restrooms, taking care of dishes, etc.)
Cleaning - All team members will be in charge of deep cleaning and keeping the restaurant in great condition
BACK OF HOUSE
Give guest service in the following areas (you may be trained on one or two, or all positions)
Grill Master - Our hand pressed ButterBurgers require a careful eye and the ability to work at a fast pace while grilling to perfection
Fry Specialist - You will be trained on dropping all fryer and bagging while maintaining a clean work space
Bun Station - All of our sandwiches, salads, and dinners are handmade as the guest orders
Middle - Packaging all orders and verifying accuracy before sending them out to guests
Dishes - During closing shifts, you will be trained to properly clean and sanitize dishes, while following safety procedures

Meal Discounts - 50% while working, 25% any time. Free meal (every five closing shifts) as well as at managers discretion

Bonuses during team competitions - Examples include most survey mentions of you by name in a month ($100 bonus), gold stars for exceptional hospitality ($100 bonus), Speed of Service competitions, etc.

Scholarships - After 6 months of employment, you will be eligible to apply for Culver's Foundation scholarships which will be awarded by the brand at their discretion. These can range from $5,000 - $10,000 scholarships.
