Position Overview:
As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you'll work remotely to deliver personalized instruction to K-12 students in a virtual school setting. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing online lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging online lessons tailored for students with disabilities.
Implement and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in a virtual environment.
Utilize innovative digital tools to enhance learning and accessibility.
Collaborate with families and other educators to support student success.
Conduct virtual assessments and provide regular updates on student progress.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.
At least 4 years of experience in special education.
Proficiency with online teaching platforms and assistive technologies.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
