About the role
We’re hiring a full-time photographer to photograph our homes across the Treasure Valley. This is a high volume position focused on efficiency, consistency, and reliability. You can shoot the homes on your own schedule, but you must hit the assigned homes and keep everything moving. This is a fast paced, high volume position with clear standards and firm delivery timelines. 

You’ll be out in the field shooting new construction homes, organizing your RAW photos immediately after each shoot, and submitting clean file sets for our editing process. You’ll also review the edited images to make sure they meet quality standards before delivery.

Major plus
Video and drone certified (Part 107) or actively working toward it is a major plus. If you already shoot drone photo or video, even better.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with photography (real estate preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable shooting high volume with consistent, repeatable quality
• Strong lighting skills with flash, including solving dark or challenging spaces
• Highly organized with immediate RAW file labeling and folder management after each shoot
• Detail oriented when reviewing edited images and quick to flag quality issues
• Comfortable following defined standards, processes, and constructive feedback. 
• Tech savvy, self motivated, and able to manage a full shooting schedule independently
• Practical and confident using equipment in the field to get the shot efficiently
• Clear communicator who is reliable, punctual, and accountable for deliverables

Equipment
We will supply some equipment, but you’ll generally need your own full-frame setup. We shoot Canon.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Comfortable traveling daily to homes across the Treasure Valley
• Able to meet a 48-hour turnaround for final edited deliveries

Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
