Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator who has successfully led an ERP implementation and can drive our organization to fully leverage all system capabilities for enhanced efficiency and growth.

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for supporting and analyzing various activities and initiatives related to business systems for Asbury and affiliated entities, in collaboration with appropriate/various stakeholders and in alignment with the mission, vision, values and goals of Asbury Communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support financial systems (ERP, budgeting/forecasting, business analytics) with a focus on NetSuite.
• Develop and enhance business analytics using Qlik, building KPIs with internal clients.
• Support and improve budgeting and forecasting models; manage system integrations (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Office 365).
• Implement and support document and expense management systems.
• Educate users on system features and functionality.
• Oversee system updates, new implementations, and process automation.
• Promote data governance and integrate data from various departments into analytics solutions.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $125,000 annual compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, with 3+ years working with NetSuite.
• Experience in business analytics solutions (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) and Adaptive Insights.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
