While prior experience in optometry is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. Your primary duties will include answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying medical insurance and vision benefits, and extending a warm welcome to our valued patients.

Requirements:

• Medical receptionist or billing experience of 3 years, a plus!
• Utilize a firm understanding of ICD and CPT codes, a plus!
• Ensure a seamless and efficient check-in process for patients.
• Accurately capture patient information and facilitate billing procedures.
