What you’ll do in a day: - Greet patients
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify insurance information
- Collect payments
- Maintain patient records
- Assist with insurance verification
- Handle patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
What you’ll bring: - 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience entering information into EMR software
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong customer service focus
