Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Oncologist to join a reputable healthcare team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating cancer patients delivering high-quality medical care and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation diagnosis and treatment plans for oncology patients

• Manage chemotherapy immunotherapy and targeted therapy treatments

• Collaborate with surgeons radiation oncologists and other specialists to deliver coordinated care

• Participate in tumor board meetings and case reviews

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the oncology department

Primary Skills:

• Expertise in Oncology patient care

• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills

• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment

• Excellent communication with patients families and healthcare staff

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Research experience or participation in clinical trials

• Experience with EMR systems

• Teaching or mentorship experience

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical degree (M.D. D.O. or foreign equivalent)

• Completion of an accredited residency program

• Eligible or currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania

• Board eligible or board certified by an appropriate specialty board OR possess equivalent competence as determined through credentialing and privileging
