Youll be a key player in developing next-generation automation systems that drive efficiency, precision, and quality across industrial and laboratory environments.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a Mechanical Design Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer who thrives on building, prototyping, and integrating complex systems from concept to creation.
Design and optimize modular robotic workstations, including custom mechanical components.
Lead full lifecycle development from initial concept, CAD modeling, prototyping (CNC, 3D printing, laser cutting) to deployment.
Develop mechanical systems that interact seamlessly with electrical, control, and software systems.
Improve system performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Integrate robotic solutions into commercial lab or industrial environments.
Troubleshoot integration issues and refine systems based on testing and data.
Design user interfaces that ensure intuitive operation and robust system control.
Conduct validation testing to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain detailed technical documentation (designs, manuals, troubleshooting guides).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
310+ years of experience in mechanical design, mechatronics, robotics, or automation systems.
Strong hands-on design skills: CAD, prototyping, fabrication, mechanical analysis.
Experience with modular systems, mechanical subassemblies, and electromechanical integration.
Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Exposure to or interest in robotic control systems, UI/UX design, or PLC programming (a plus).
Familiarity with safety standards in industrial or lab automation.
