Job Description
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across multiple platforms.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and drip campaigns .
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) and integrate with other marketing tools.
- Set up and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and targeting strategies .
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies with business objectives .
- Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping .
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices for marketing automation and growth hacking .
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
