Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **First-Line Manufacturing Manager** (Level K) to support the 767 Wings/Wing Body Join team in **Everett, Washington** on 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift. Above all, Employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization which they are encouraged to share externally with each Boeing customer to build balanced work relationships. **Position Responsibilities:** + Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines + Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies + Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes + Manages, develops and motivates employees **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment + 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role + 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques + 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) + Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data + 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS) + 1+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing process (preferably wings) + 1+ years of experience with REDARS + Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Shift:** Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
