The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Batavia is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech Position Type: Full-Time/Day shift with every other weekend Pay Range: $19-$21/HR We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team! If you have general maintenance knowledge, HVAC, including electrical and plumbing experience, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * General Maintenance Tasks: Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas. * Plumbing & Electrical: Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed. * Material Movement: Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary. * Emergency Response: Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed. * Supervision: Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: * Experience: General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs. * Work Schedule: Must be available to work one weekend per month. * Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment. * Regulatory Compliance: Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health. * Emergency Response: Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required.
