Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. 8 years of experience in a leadership role.

Position Purpose :

Creation of strategies and action plans to maintain available equipment to achieve production targets though the efficient supervision of the staff.Coordinate implementation of continuous improvement projects, to achieve departmental and company goals; savings, quality, safety for employees, reduced costs and exceed customer requirements.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Coordinate implementation of TPM including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance .
2. Defines parameters, guidelines and criteria for the follow of work orders and maintenance .
3. Define and authorize critical maintenance work instructions and departmental procedures .
4. Coordinates layout changes .
5. Responsible for reviewing and authorizing new machine and equipment selection.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Microsoft Office.
2. Measuring equipment for electrical and control analysis.
3. Maintenance software.
4. Knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and electrical and electronic equipment. .
5. knowledge of maintenance of machinery and equipment.
6. Using measuring equipment for electrical and control analysis.
7. Projects Management..
8. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
9. People skills, team work, leadership, communication skills..
10. English 80% Advanced.
11. Availability schedule.
