Licensed Social Worker ( LSW ) for our Substance User Disorder ( SUD ) Facility

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Social Worker ( LSW ) for our Substance User Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Licensed Social Worker ( LSW ):

• Valid LPC or LSW license in the state of Ohio
• 1+ years of experience as LSW with SUD experience or supervision preferred
• 1+ years of experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices
• Strong documentation and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities of the Licensed Social Worker ( LSW ):

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualised treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
• Collaborate with case managers, physicians, and other treatment team members
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training
• Monitor client progress and revise treatment goals as needed
