We are seeking a full-time, licensed medical esthetician who can combine technical expertise with excellent people skills and a natural ability to drive sales. Your goal will be to help elevate our med spa and make us the go-to destination in Fort Myers for top-tier esthetic services. Responsibilities: • Laser Hair Removal • Skin Rejuvenation • Hydrafacial • Microneedling • Some front-desk coverage About the position: • This is a W-2 position, full-time • Our spa is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Some evenings and weekends are required for all team members to accommodate client schedules • Sales incentives and tips are available in addition to base pay Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Active Florida Facial Specialist License • Active Florida Electrolysis License • Reliability and a strong work ethic • Bilingual skills are a plus The right candidate is: • A team player who is driven to contribute to the book of business and make meaningful connections with clients • Not someone who’s just looking to clock in and out—this role requires initiative, motivation, and a genuine interest in growing with us • Someone who is coachable , confident , and excels at networking • Dedicated to personal appearance and maintaining a polished, professional image that aligns with our luxury service standards • Experienced with sales , relationship building , and generating referrals • Highly organized and skilled in time management About Company: Our culture is built on excellence, respect, and teamwork.
