Position Title: Sugarista - Waxing Specialist / Esthetician / Sugarista.

Position Overview:

Organic waxing (sugaring) is exceptional for its natural ingredients and safe for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

We are looking for a hard-working & energetic professional to join our team! The perfect candidate must have very strong customer service and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive salon environment.

We offer sugaring, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, & facial services as well as a two-week intensive training program on getting the sugaring technique perfected before opening!

Core Responsibilities:

• A willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Greeting your client and explaining what their service entails.
• Make sure your room is always clean, before the start of your shift, during, and after your shift ends.
• Communicating with reception if there are any changes to client services or special requests.
• Knowledge of our product line in case one of our guests would like to purchase them.
• Knowledge of current discounts and packages they may want to ask you while they are in the room with you.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Understanding for people with sensitive skin who may need to be coached during their first experience.
• Knowledge of sugar paste is not required since we have our very own corporate trainer that will work with you every step of the way.
• Maintain OR state esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements.

Salary:

• Base pay per hour.
• Tips & Commissions on products.
• Annual Bonus Potential.

Shift Options:

• Weekday PM Shifts - 1 PM to 8 PM.
• Saturday - 9 AM to 3 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 5 PM.
• Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM.
• Shift assignment based on business needs at the time of hiring. We are hiring for evening availability along with weekend availability. If you are unable to work during these times, please do not apply.

• United States (required).
• Licensed Esthetician in Oregon. (Required)
