POSITION: Landscape Architect
LOCATION: Latham, NY
SUMMARY: Our client, a multidiscipline firm offering comprehensive Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Geology, Environmental, and Surveying services, is looking for a Landscape Architect to join their growing team. As a Landscape Architect, you will lead project design for a variety of clients in markets such as energy supply and distribution, industrial and manufacturing, and residential and commercial development. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and produce landscape architectural designs for projects such as commercial site planning, planting design, college campus and park master planning, and grading design.
- Prepare scope of services, time and cost estimates, site plans, and permit packages for projects.
- Participating in Planning Board and public presentations, securing regulatory/agency permits and approvals as required.
- Communicate and coordinate with multidiscipline design teams.
- Foster positive, cooperative, and rewarding relationships with clients.
- Inspire teamwork with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff.
- Lead multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance and Control review procedures for projects.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture (B.L.A.) from a four (4) year college or university.
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in Site Design (commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential subdivision).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- New York State Registered Landscape Architect (R.L.A.).
- Valid drivers license.
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS: - Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Onsite with occasional flexibility for remote work
- PTO & Sick time accrue up to 80 hours/year each

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based compensation.
Paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
