Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our IT team in Pasadena, TX. In this role, you will manage our servers, storage, networking, security, and cloud technologies. You will ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing top-tier IT support and driving continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership : Act as the technical escalation point for all IT team members.
• Infrastructure Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of servers, storage, switching, routing, firewalls, security, and cloud technologies.
• Project Management : Lead projects for enhancing, upgrading, or implementing new technology solutions.
• Backup & Recovery : Define and implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Service Desk Management : Ensure the team delivers timely and effective support to customers.
• Application Support : Provide guidance on application projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and course-correct a team.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, focusing on reliability and technology.
• Experience in partnering, coaching, and managing projects with positive, quantified impacts.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-functioning team in a dynamic environment.

Physical Job Requirements:
