IT Asset manager - ITAM, ITOM, SAM & HAM job at Amtex Systems Inc New York, NY, US

Job Description

Location: NYC & data center in NJ (Lyndhurst) Onsite: 1 day a week Contract: 1 year Times: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST Responsibilities: - 5+ years of IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with using ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products - Prioritize the grooming of the product backlog, serving as the voice of the customers and ensuring prioritization based on business value. - Liaise between business and technical team to ensure business needs are met. - Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM. - Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams - Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion. - Previous experience implementing and running SAM & HAM - Prior experience prioritizing Asset Management tickets from various Asset Management modules - Prior experience working with Process Owner/Mgrs gathering feedback/request/enhancements and then prioritizing -Prior PM experience
