Job Summary:
Support the design, improvement, and implementation of manufacturing and administrative systems involving people, materials, equipment, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve standard work methods and workstation layouts
Support ergonomic and safety improvements in manufacturing processes
Conduct cost and process analysis to drive efficiency
Assist in line balancing and continuous process improvement initiatives
Core Competencies:

Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, ergonomics, and process layout
