You will lead process optimization projects, spearhead lean manufacturing initiatives, and implement new automation systems at a large-scale processing facility with 300+ employees. This mid-level position offers significant responsibility for overseeing efficiency projects, conducting complex analyses, and working independently to drive production improvements. Requirements: 🎓

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (may consider non-degreed candidates with strong poultry/meat processing background)
• ✅ 3-5 years of relevant experience in protein manufacturing - MUST have meat processing background (poultry experience is ideal)
• ✅ Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies
• ✅ AutoCAD skills for workflow design and process layout modifications
• ✅ Proven ability to lead efficiency improvement projects and conduct root cause analyses
• ✅ Strong project management skills with experience delivering projects on scope, budget, and timeline
• ✅ Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot/redesign existing systems
• ✅ Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills with cross-functional teams including operations and maintenance
